Overview
Founded on 25th November 2025 by Mr. M H Anjula Mahesh Tissera, CEPD Training Services is a registered training center dedicated to professional development and English language mastery.
What is CEPD?
Continuing English Professional Development
The CEPD program is designed to strengthen participants’ English proficiency by focusing on the operation, execution, and manifestation of language skills in both personal and professional settings. This training goes beyond grammar and vocabulary, it emphasizes conceptual learning that nurtures clarity of thought, effective communication, and confidence in expression.
Through carefully structured modules, learners will explore how English can be applied as a tool for professional development, accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The program empowers participants to enhance not only their literacy but also their ability to communicate with purpose, demonstrate leadership qualities, and align language skills with real-world professional expectations.

CEPD Philosophy: English Is a Journey, Not a Destination
English is not something that needs to be learned perfectly before it can be used.
At CEPD, English is viewed as a tool for learning, communicating, developing confidence, and achieving personal and professional goals.
Learning becomes more meaningful when English is connected to something a person truly cares about—such as a profession, business, education, passion, hobby, or future dream.
Instead of learning English only as a subject, learners can use English while learning something meaningful to them.
