CEPD Announcement 01.05.2026

On this truly remarkable and meaningful day of Vesak and International Workers’ Day, we are proud to officially announce that: CEPD – has been legally registered under the Government of Sri Lanka as "Continuing English Professional Development Training Center" under BRC WP/KLT/HR/2026/00147 | 29.04.2026.

This announcement is made even more special as it coincides with the 50th Birthday of the Founder & Prime Trainer of CEPD – Mr. MH Anjula Mahesh Tissera, marking a golden milestone of dedication, vision, and continuous professional development.

This historic moment is dedicated to Mrs. Chandra Jayakody Educational Advisor, who initiated the opening ceremony through a mindful and value-adding act by planting a Mango Tree, symbolizing growth, strength, and future abundance, along with her contribution through acts of Alms giving, reflecting the true spirit of Vesak.

It is our heartfelt wish that CEPD will grow just like this Mango Tree, deeply rooted, steadily expanding, and generously serving the nation with knowledge, excellence, and purpose.
